All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product name, brand logo, or health-related information visible on the package. Your privacy is our priority.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, natural events, or logistics disruptions.

3. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details via SMS/email

4. Discreet Packaging Details

We understand the sensitive nature of men's health products. Our packaging ensures complete privacy:

Plain brown/white box with no brand markings
Sender name appears as "VW Wellness" (not Vajiandro)
No product description visible on the outer packaging
Invoice is inside the package, not attached outside
Tamper-proof seal to ensure package integrity

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Tracking number via SMS and email
Direct link to track your shipment
Updates at key delivery milestones

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues:

Delayed delivery: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeline + 2 business days
Damaged package: Take photos before opening and contact us immediately
Wrong address: Contact us within 2 hours of order placement for address changes
Non-delivery: If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try twice more. Unclaimed packages are returned to us after 3 attempts.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes for orders up to ₹5,000. A nominal COD charge of ₹49 applies. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your pin code.
