Do I need to prepare anything before the consultation?

No special preparation is needed. However, it helps if you can note down your current medications, any relevant medical history, and specific concerns you'd like to discuss. This helps our physician make the most of your consultation time.

Will anyone know I'm consulting about sexual health?

Absolutely not. All consultations are completely confidential. Our communications appear as "VW Wellness" — not Vajiandro. We never share details about the nature of your consultation in any external communication. Your privacy is our highest priority.

Can I switch between consultation modes?

Yes! You can start with a WhatsApp consultation and later switch to video or in-person as you feel comfortable. Many patients begin with WhatsApp and transition to video consultations for follow-ups.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund or free reschedule. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

How soon can I get an appointment?

Most patients are scheduled within 24–48 hours. For urgent concerns, same-day WhatsApp consultations are often available. Contact us to check current availability.
